摘 要:提升本科教育质量是当前和今后一个时期我国高等教育改革发展的核心任务。构建科学的教学质量评价体系是提升教学质量的关键环节之一。高校应转变人才培养质量观,以学生发展为导向,从重教师的教向兼顾学生的学,从重学生学业成绩向兼顾学生学习质量,从重学生在校发展向兼顾学生职业发展转变,通过改革课程考核评价方式、建立学生发展度测评体系、学生满意度测评体系以及毕业生质量跟踪体系等措施对学生在校期间以及职业前期的发展状况进行跟踪评价,关注学生的成长成才,客观地分析学校教育教学活动中存在的问题,及时纠偏,以达到教育教学质量的不断提升。Improving the quality of undergraduate education is the core task of the reform and development of higher education in China at present and in the future.Constructing a scientific teaching quality evaluation system is one of the key ingredients to improve teaching quality.Faculties from higher education should change their view on the quality of personnel training based on the students′ development,shifting their focus on to the teachers′ teaching to students′ learning,from students′ academic achievements to students′ learning quality,and from students′ campus development to students′ career development.Through reforming the evaluation methods of curriculum assessment,setting up the evaluation system of students′ development,setting ups students′ satisfaction evaluation system and graduates′ quality tracking system,and establishing tracking system to evaluate the development of students in campus and pre-career,with the focus on the growth of students,to objectively analyze the problems in school education and teaching activities,and timely remedy,it is hoped to achieve the continuous improvement of the quality of education and teaching.
