新媒体视域下网络空间意识形态话语权的逻辑生成

摘　　要：新媒体作为网络空间的典型社交媒介,承载着重要的意识形态功能,与意识形态话语权构建之间具有紧密的内在联系.在新媒体视域下,应有效构建网络空间意识形态话语权,积极发挥新媒体的信息传播和载体共生优势.基于此,以确保意识形态安全为网络空间意识形态话语权的逻辑前提,以厘清话语网络议题为网络空间意识形态话语权的原则遵循,以把握工具交往理性为网络空间意识形态话语权的模式运行,以契合社会现实诉求为网络空间意识形态话语权的构建路径,以维护国家利益与促进人的全面发展为网络空间意识形态话语权的价值旨归,包含着基于新媒体视角下的网络空间意识形态话语权生成的内在逻辑.As a typical social media in cyberspace,new media carries important ideological functions and has close internal relations with the construction of ideological discourse power. We should effectively build ideological discourse power in cyberspace and give full play to the symbiotic advantages of new media in information transmission and carrier. On this basis,the internal logic generated by the network ideological discourse is embodied in many perspectives,including the logical premise of cyberspace ideological discourse power ensuring the safety of ideology,the cyberspace discourse principle clarifying the ideological discourse network issues, the ideological discourse mode grasping the tool communicative rationality, the space build path fitting social reality demands,the value orientation safeguarding national interests and promoting the all-round development of people.
