青海部分地区野生植物花朵附着乳酸菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：本试验对青海省部分地区自然生长植物花朵附着乳酸菌进行了分离及鉴定,通过形态学初步鉴定分离到的10株菌为乳酸菌,再通过16Sr RNA分子技术鉴定,其结果为粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)4株,肠球菌(Enterococcus)1株,猪肠球菌(Enterococcus hirae)3株,屎肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium)2株。The lactic acid bacteria attached to natural growth plants flower in parts of Qinghai Province was isolated and identification.10 lactic acid bacterial strains had been isolated out by preliminary morphological identification,among them,4 strain Enterococcus faecalis,1 strain Enterococcus,3 strains Enterococcus hirae,2 strain Enterococcus faecium.by 16Sr RNA molecules technical appraisal.
