摘　　要：普通车床实训是机械类高职学生的一门必修课程,但是在实训教学过程中教学效果总是不尽如人意,为了使普车实训取得更好的效果,将导生制应用于此实训教学中,取得了较好的成效。The practical training of general lathe is a compulsory course for students of mechanical higher vocational colleges. However, the teaching effect is always bad in the process of practical teaching. In order to achieve better results in practical training that the "monitorial system" is applied to the practical teaching. It has achieved better results.
