日本新年号“令和”考

摘　　要：“令和”一词,采撷自《万叶集》。《万叶集》是一部饱含日本民族家国情怀的和歌总集。通过对“令和”出典的考察,既可以客观地回溯中日两国古代文学密切交往的历史景象,又能够从东亚汉字文化圈日本汉字文化的独特性的角度,为理性地解读该词的深刻内涵提供学理上的依据。“令”表自然生态,“和”表人文精神,作为新年号的“令和”祈愿国家风调雨顺,人民和睦安康。“令和”具有鲜明的日本汉字特征,在语音效果、组词关系甚至采撷方式上都具有强烈的排他性,体现出浓郁的“和习”特质。The two kanji characters for "Reiwa" are derived from the Manyoshu,an anthology of waka poetry filled with the Japanese people's feelings for home and country.Through a study of the derivation of "Reiwa",it is possible to objectively re view the historical exchanges that have taken place in Sino-Japanese literature,and to provide a theoretical basis for rational terpretations of Reiwa's connotation based on the unique culture of kanji characters in East Asia."Rei" refers to the natural ecology,and "Wa" concerns the spirit of humanities.Therefore,the new era name "Reiwa" represents wishes for a favorable at mosphere for the country,and harmony and good health for its people."Reiwa" has distinctive features in its two kanji charac ters,with clear exclusiveness in the pronunciation,the combination of characters and even its selection of names,reflecting ob vious characteristics of "Washu".
