摘　　要：模特法、MTM法是预定动作时间标准中的两大类主流方法,本文通过运用比较研究和作业分析对比第一手资料和原始数据,分析发现MOD法和MTM法有不同的优点和缺点,分析结果证明应综合考虑应用环境选取最合适的分析方法。Model method and MTM method are two mainstream methods in the predetermined action time standard.This paper compares first-hand data and original data by using comparative research and homework analysis.It is found that MOD method and MTM method have different advantages and disadvantages.The analysis results prove that the most appropriate analysis method should be selected considering the application environment.
