摘　　要：本文介绍了当前果蔬包装的主要方式——气调包装的发展现状,分析了影响包装效果的主要因素,在此基础上介绍了气调包装的设计过程与方法,指出当前发展的不足,为果蔬气调包装的深入研究提供参考。This paper introduces the development status of modified atmosphere packaging,which is the main way of fruit and vegetable packaging,analyzes on the main factors affecting the packaging effect,introduces the design process and method of modified atmosphere packaging,and points out the shortcomings of the current development.It provides a reference for the further study of modified atmosphere packaging of fruits and vegetables.
