高校微信公众号在思想政治教育工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：自媒体时代背景下,微文化广泛发展与传播,高校微信公众号已成为新时代高校开展思想政治教育工作的新载体和新平台,也迎得了大学生的欢迎和关注。立足高职院校,微信公众号具有教育载体、促进交流互动、实现精准推送和创新教育工作模式的功能,但它的应用也存在一些现实问题。如舆论引导难度大,缺少专门的管理人才;教育者主导地位弱化,缺少教育的权威性;平台内容更新不及时,教师缺少掌控网络阵地的意识等。通过思考与探索,将微信公众号融入思想政治教育工作来提高其实效性,需顺应新时代特征,树立微思政理念;紧跟新时代潮流,确立网络阵地意识;适应新时代要求,增强微信公众号的运营管理能力;培育网络意见领袖,强化思政教育引领。Under the background of the media era,micro-culture has been widely developed and spread.WeChat has become a new carrier and platform for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,and has also been welcomed and paid attention to by college students.Based on higher vocational colleges,WeChat official account serves as the educational carrier, promoting the exchange,realizing the precise push and innovating the education.However,there are some problems with its practical application,such as the difficulty of public opinion guidance,the lack of specialized management personnel,the weakening of the leading position of educators,the lack of authority of education,the delayed update of the platform content,the lack of awareness of teachers to control the network position and so on.In order to improve the effectiveness of WeChat,we should conform to the characteristics of the new era,set up the idea of micro-thought and politics,follow the trend of the new era and establish the consciousness of network position so as to meet the requirements of the new era,to enhance the operation and management ability of WeChat public number,and to cultivate network opinion leaders and develop the charm of Ideological and political education.
