高校个性化分层双创教育模式的研究

摘  要:以往高校传统化的教育模式容易忽视大学生的个性化发展,已完全不能适应当代双创人才的培养。如何开展适应当代学生个体特性的双创教育是目前研究的方向。文章以双创教育基本理念和时代需求为出发点,融合个性化分层教育理念,提出个性化分层双创教育模式。个性化分层双创教育是面对不同知识体量和不同特性的学生,以群体的方式开展有针对性的双创教育,有的放矢,因材施教。个性化分层双创教育能有效地增强学生双创意识和提高双创能力。In the past, the traditional education mode in Colleges and universities tended to neglect the personalized development of College students, and could not adapt to the cultivation of contemporary double-creative talents. How to carry out the dual-creative education adapted to the individual characteristics of contemporary students is the direction of current research. This paper, starting from the basic concept of dual-creative education and the needs of the times, combines the concept of individualized and hierarchical education, and proposes a model of individualized, hierarchical and dual-creative education. Personalized hierarchical double-creative education is to develop targeted double-creative education in a group way, aiming at teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, in the face of students with different knowledge volume and different characteristics. Individualized, hierarchical and creative education can effectively enhance students' double creative consciousness and ability.
