摘 要:目的探讨四位一体教学模式在手外科护理见习教学中的应用效果。方法采取学号单双号随机抽样法抽取2015级护理40班44名专升本学生为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组,每组各22人。实验组采用四位一体情景教学模式;对照组采用传统的教学模式。课程结束后,分别从理论考核分值、技能操作考核分值和教学效果满意度三方面对两组进行比较评价。结果实验组的理论考核、技能操作考核、教学效果满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论四位一体化教学模式有助于帮助激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生临床思维和意识,在手外科护理见习教学中有较好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of the four-in-one teaching model in hand surgery nursing probation teaching. Methods 44 junior college students in 40 nursing class of grade 2015 were selected by random sampling method with single or double student numbers. Each group has 22 students. The experimental group was given the four-in-one situational teaching mode, while the control group was given the traditional teaching mode. At the end of the course, the two groups were compared and evaluated from three aspects: theoretical assessment score, skill operation assessment score and teaching effect satisfaction score. Results The scores of theoretical assessment, skill operation assessment and teaching effect satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The four-in-one teaching model can help stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivate students' clinical thinking and consciousness, and has a good teaching effect in the teaching of hand surgery nursing probation.
