摘　　要：互联网改变了人类的生活,创造了一种全新的人类生活方式。然而,在当前的互联网生活中,人的符号化,人际关系的虚拟化,人被互联网支配,以及人受制于信息环境等现象无不显示着互联网生活具有多面性,互联网正逐渐成为一种异己的力量,支配和制约着人类的生存和发展。人类创造互联网的初衷是为了实现自由,自由是互联网生活的真谛。人们想要享受真正的互联网生活,实现网络自由,必须消除互联网生活的异化,重构互联网生活,回归互联网的真谛,构建合理的互联网规范。引导人们实现网络自律是人类实现网络自由的必由之路。The Internet has changed human life and created a new way of living. However,in the current Internet life,the symbolization of human beings,the virtualization of interpersonal relationships,the domination of human beings by the Internet,and the fact that human beings are subject to the information environment show different aspect of Internet life.Internet is gradually becoming an alien force,which controls and restricts the survival and development of human beings.The original intention of human beings to create the Internet is to achieve freedom,which is the essence of Internet life. If people want to enjoy real Internet life and realize the freedom of Internet,they must eliminate the alienation of Internet life. Reconstructing Internet life,returning to the essence of Internet,constructing reasonable Internet norms and guiding people to realize network self-discipline are the only way for human beings to realize network freedom.
