摘  要:近些年,医学康复模式与社会文化模式对聋人文化的相关争论日趋激烈。争论的背后,是对社会公正与公平的诉求,是对新的社会建构模式的渴望。我国聋人文化的发展方兴未艾,国际间的交流合作,互联网+多学科参与,聋人群体自我觉醒,逐渐提升了聋健群体对聋人文化的客观认知,助力于聋人教育以及相关服务工作的开展,为我国聋人创造美好的未来。In recent years, the debate about the deaf culture between the medical rehabilitation model and the sociocultural model has become increasingly fierce. Behind the debate, it is the appeal for social justice and fairness, and it is the desire for a new social construction model. The cultural development of deaf people in China is in the ascendant. International exchanges and cooperation, Internet + multidisciplinary participation and self-awakening of the deaf community have gradually improved the objective cognition for the deaf culture between groups with hearing disability and normal groups , helping the deaf education and related services, and creating a bright future for deaf people in China.
