摘　　要：薛天祥教授认为“学习高深专门知识”是高等教育学理论的逻辑起点,“培养高层次人才”是高等教育活动的主要目的。同时,高等教育的基本规律表现为高等教育必须适应和促进社会各方面的发展,高等教育必须适应和促进大学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。建议从高等教育实践经验出发,从中抽象出科学的、现实的行为准则,以深化对高等教育发展规律的认识。Professor Xue Tianxiang believes that “learning high-level expertise” is the logical starting point of theories for higher pedagogy and “cultivating high-level talents” is the main purpose of higher education activities. Meanwhile,the basic law of higher education shows that higher education must adapt to and promote the development of all aspects of society and the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education for university students.On this basis,it is suggested that we should start from the practical experience of higher education and abstract scientific and realistic codes of conduct to deepen the understanding of the laws governing the development of higher education.
