摘  要:目的:探究应用型大学教师实践教学能力的评价指标体系与测评量表,为实践教学能力测评实践与研究提供方法与技术借鉴。方法:文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、层次分析法、重测法、试验法。结果:构建了由“实验教学能力”“实训能力”“专业实践能力”“第二课堂组织能力”构成的应用型大学教师实践教学能力评价指标体系(含4个一级指标、8个二级指标和22个三级指标)及其测评量表(PTAE-22)。结论:实践教学能力是教师通过实验、实训、专业实践、第二课堂活动等多种教学形式,促进学生获取和巩固专业知识与职业知识、提升基本素质与职业素质、提高专业应用能力与跨职业能力,实现培养具有综合职业能力和全面素质的应用型人才教学目标的教学能力体系,是教师胜任实践教学所需的实验教学能力、实训能力、专业实践能力和第二课堂组织能力的有机结合。应用型大学教师实践教学能力评价体系的构建,可为实践教学能力的可视化分析、量化与质性评价、提升与发展等提供理论依据与实践指南。Objective: To explore the evaluation index system and scale of practical teaching ability of applied university teachers, so as to provide methods and technical reference for the practice and research of practical teaching ability evaluation.Methods: Literature, questionnaire, interview, analytic hierarchy process, retest and experiment.Result: An evaluation index system of practical teaching ability of applied university teachers, consisting of “experimental teaching ability”,“practical-training ability”,“professional practical ability” and “second classroom organizational ability”(including four first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators), and its evaluation scale (PTAE-22) are constructed.Conclusion: Practical teaching ability refers to the teaching ability that teachers promote students to acquire and consolidate professional knowledge and professional knowledge, improve basic quality and professional quality, improve professional application ability and cross-professional ability through experiments, practical training, professional practice and second classroom activities,and realize the teaching goal of cultivating applied talents with comprehensive professional ability and comprehensive quality.The system is an organic combination of teachers'experimental teaching ability, practical training ability, professional practice ability and organizational ability of the second classroom.The construction of practical teaching ability evaluation system for teachers in applied universities can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for visual analysis, quantitative and qualitative evaluation, promotion and development of practical teaching ability.
