摘 要:目的探讨情绪管理对护士自信心和职业归属感的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院的40名在岗女性临床护士作为研究对象,采用模拟情景、相关培训、心理疏导、专题讨论四大情绪管理法进行干预,比较干预前后的自我效能感得分、护理差错及护理投诉率,分析导致护士缺乏职业归属感的因素。结果通过采取情绪管理干预,护士的护理差错及护理投诉呈逐渐下降趋势;2016、2017、2018年,我院护士离职率分别为4.57%、3.73%、3.27%,呈现出逐年下降的趋势,护士职业归属感增强;情绪管理干预前护士的自我效能感得分为(22.35±2.38)分,干预后自我效能感提高至(25.74±2.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.18,P<0.01)。结论情绪管理可有效调动护士工作的积极性,增强护士职业归属感,对降低差错发生率、提高医院整体护理质量、保障医疗安全和护理安全具有极其重要的意义。Objective To explore the influence of emotional management on nurses'self-confidence and professional belonging.Methods A total of 40 female clinical nurses in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and simulation scenario,related training,psychological counseling and thematic discussion were used to intervene.The scores of self-efficacy,the rate of nursing errors and nursing complaints before and after intervention were compared.The factors leading to nurses' lack of sense of professional belonging was analyzed.Results Nurses' nursing errors and nursing complaints showed a downward trend through emotional management intervention.In 2016,2017,2018,the turnover rates of nurses in our hospital were 4.57%,3.73%,3.27%,respectively,and nurses' sense of occupational belonging increased.Before emotional management intervention,nurses' sense of self-efficacy score was (22.35±2.38) points,and after intervention,their sense of self-efficacy increased to (25.74±2.51) points,the difference was statistically significant (t=3.18,P<0.01).Conclusion Emotional management can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,enhance the sense of occupational belonging of nurses,reduce the incidence of errors,improve the overall quality of nursing in hospitals,and ensure medical safety and nursing safety.
