摘  要:为了更好地适应社会人才的需求,提升大学生的就业能力,需要应用型高校在人才培养时更新教育理念,主动以提升社会需求为目标推动教育改革。成果导向教育的“反向设计”理念最大程度保证了培养目标的达成,在工程教育等领域已经积累了多年的理论与实践经验,但基于管理学的课程实践还鲜有探讨。文章介绍了成果导向教育的基本思想及特点,并进一步提出了基于成果导向《薪酬设计与管理》课程教学创新的具体方法。In order to adapt the needs of social talents and improve the employability of college students, it is necessary for applied universities to update their educational concepts in the training of talents, and to promote education reform with the goal of improving social needs actively. The "reverse design" concept of outcome-based education guarantees the achievement of training objectives to the greatest extent, and has accumulated many years of theoretical and practical experience in engineering education and other fields, but the few curriculum practice based on management has been explored. This paper introduces the basic ideas and characteristics of outcome-based education, and further proposes specific methods based on the outcome-based teaching innovation of compensation design and management.
