摘  要:为给虫草固体发酵提供依据,以2个虫草菌株为试验材料,设置不同的温度、酸碱度、光照、氮源和不同配方的基质,观察菌丝生长情况。结果表明:2个虫草菌株的菌丝在以牛肉膏为氮源、pH4.5~6.0的PDA培养基上,在25℃黑暗条件生长速度最快。不同虫草菌株在不同的固体培养基质上,菌丝生长速度不同,ZNB2.1在小麦50%、燕麦30%、糙米10%、谷子10%的培养基质上生长最快,ZNB2.2在小麦培养基质上长势最好。In order to provide basis for solid fermentation of Cordyceps sinensis,2 strains was used as experimental materials,and different temperature,pH,light,nitrogen sources and different formulations of the substrate were set to observe the growth of mycelium.The results showed that the hyphae of the two Cordyceps strains grew fastest at 25 °C and in dark conditions on PDA medium with beef extract as nitrogen source and pH 4.5-6.0.Different Cordyceps strains had different mycelial growth rates on different solid culture substrates.ZNB2.1 grew fastest on the culture substrates of 50 % wheat,30 % oat,10 % brown rice and 10 % millet,and ZNB2.2 grew best on the culture substrates of wheat.
