摘 要:伴随着大数据时代的到来,高职院校要积极引导学生适时改革学习方式,鼓励支持学生开展个性化自适应学习,从而实现高职学生多层级全方位的综合成长。论文首先简要阐述了大数据的内涵和应用情况,接下来有针对性的开展高职学生学习情况的数据分析,在此基础上,具体分析了高职学生个性化自适应学习方式的几个阶段过程,借助这一学习方式,可以实时了解学生的学习情况,检查其学习效果,这样可以引导学生借助恰当高效的学习方式学习掌握先进的学习资源。高职院校以个性化自适应的服务,组织学生个性化自适应学习,实现教学相长,发展共赢。With the advent of the era of big data,higher vocational colleges should actively guide students to reform their learning mode at the right time,encourage and support students to carry out personalized and adaptive learning,so as to realize the comprehensive growth of higher vocational students in all levels.Firstly,the paper expounds the connotation and application of big data,and then carries out the learning situation of data analysis for higher vocational students.On this basis,it analyzes several stages of the personalized adaptive learning process for higher vocational students.This method of learning can understand the learning situation of students in real time,check their learning effects,and enable us to guide students to learn advanced learning resources in an appropriate and effective way.Higher vocational colleges organize individualized learning through individualized adaptive services to achieve mutually beneficial teaching and achieve win-win development.
