摘　　要：高校治理结构不断优化,行政工作分工越来越精细,多元化的管理、协调和服务让行政职能部门应接不暇,导致诸多计划难以落地。运用诊改的理念,使用一页纸项目管理工具来加强行政工作的计划、组织、实施、过程监控与预警,达到及时纠偏的目的,能有效的促进行政工作目标达成。With the continuous optimization of the governance structure of colleges and universities,the division of administrative work has become more and more refined.The diversified management,coordination and service have overwhelmed the administrative functional departments,resulting in the difficulty in implementing many plans.The concept of diagnostic reform and one-page project management tool were used to strengthen the planning,organization,implementation,process monitoring and early warning of administrative work,in order to achieve the purpose of timely rectification,which can effectively promote the achievement of administrative work objectives.
