校企联合汽车维修生产性实训基地建设研究浅析

摘　　要：随着新时代的到来,传统汽车维修厂迫切需要改革以适应新时代的发展要求,同样,高职院校中的汽车维修专业也同样面临改革创新的迫切要求以培养高素质技术技能型汽车维修人才。笔者从调查研究传统汽车修理厂和高职院校汽车专业的建设情况出发,分析研究了汽车维修服务企业建设的现状和校企联合汽车维修生产性实训基地建设的优势,从而为提髙汽车维修企业的人才效益提供有效方案,为高职院校汽车检修专业的髙素质技术技能型人才培养提供综合性的支持。The traditional automobile maintenance factory urgently needs to be reformed to meet the development requirements of the new era, so does the automobile maintenance specialty in higher vocational colleges. In order to foster high-quality skilled automobile maintenance talents, the paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the automobile maintenance service enterprises and the advantages of school-enterprise automobile maintenance cooperation based on the investigation and study of automobile repair factories and automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges so as to provide an effective scheme for talent efficiency improvement of maintenance enterprises and comprehensive support for high-quality talent cultivation.
