摘 要:高职院校教师专业合作有利于促进高职院校的内涵发展、有利于促进高职教师的专业发展,也有利于学生的学习成长。调查显示,高职院校教师专业合作存在三个现实问题:专业合作意识较为淡薄、专业合作形式比较局限、专业合作效果不够理想。在此基础上,提出了高职院校教师专业合作的基本策略:激发教师的自主合作意识、开展多元跨界的合作形式、塑造自然的合作文化。The professional cooperation of teachers in higher vocational colleges is conducive to promoting the connotation development of higher vocational colleges,promoting the professional development of higher vocational teachers,and also conducive to the learning and growth of students.The survey shows that there are three practical problems in the professional cooperation of teachers in higher vocational colleges:the sense of professional cooperation is relatively weak,the forms of professional cooperation are more limited,and the effect of professional cooperation is not ideal.On this basis,the basic strategies of teachers’professional cooperation in higher vocational colleges are put forward:to arouse teachers’awareness of independent cooperation,to carry out diversified cross-border forms of cooperation,and to shape the cooperative culture of nature.
