摘 要:非酒精饮料作为食品工业的领头行业,在人们的饮食生活中发挥着十分重要的作用。以A23L2/00分类号为主线,通过对该分类号及其子分类号下的专利申请文件进行统计分析,对涉及该分类号及其子分类号的非酒精饮料技术状况进行了梳理,从多个角度呈现了该领域专利申请的发展态势。结果表明,曾占据垄断地位的碳酸饮料发展渐缓并衰退,以果蔬汁饮料为代表的健康饮品成为当下饮料研发和消费的主流;以中、日、美、韩、俄为代表的非酒精饮料市场相对比较活跃,上述5国也是非酒精饮料的研发大国;国内企业相对于国外大企业专利申请数量较少,应当进一步提高专利布局意识和创新战略。As the leading industry in the food industry,non-alcoholic beverages play an important role in people’s eating habits. In this research,the A23L2/00 classification number was taken as the main line. Through the statistical analysis of the patent application documents under the classification number and its sub-category number,the technical status of non-alcoholic beverages involving the classification number and its sub-category number was sorted out. The development of patent applications in this field was presented from a number of perspectives. The results showed that the development of carbonated beverages that had occupied a monopoly position had gradually slowed down and declined,but the healthy beverages represented by fruit and vegetable juice beverages had become the mainstream of current beverage R&D and consumption. The market of non-alcoholic beverages represented by China,Japan,the United States,Korea and Russia was relatively active,as well as the above five countries were also major R&D countries for non-alcoholic beverages. Domestic enterprises had a smaller number of patent applications than foreign large enterprises,and should further enhance their patent distribution awareness and innovation strategies.
