摘 要:目的检测许昌市城乡居民食用碘盐状况,保障居民食用健康碘盐,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照随机抽样原则,2015 年- 2017 年连续 3 年对许昌市居民食用碘盐进行检测,按照 GB/T 13025. 7— 2012 中方法测定盐碘含量,对检测结果进行数据分析。结果 2015 年- 2017 年连续 3 年共抽取和检测居民家中食用盐样品共 5 400 份,其中非碘盐 99 份,不合格碘盐 334 份,合格碘盐 4 967 份。2015 年- 2017 年碘盐合格率分比为93. 59%、94. 24%、93. 26%。许昌市近 3 年的居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均符合国家消除碘缺乏病标准,3 年合格率比较差异均无统计学意义,6 个县区间率的比较有统计学意义。结论许昌市需加强碘盐监测和管理,强化健康教育,确保居民食用到合格碘盐,巩固碘缺乏病防治成果。Objective To detect the status of iodized salt consumption in urban and rural residents of Xuchang City,and to ensure the consumption of healthy iodized salt,so as to provide scientific basis for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and relevant control work. Methods According to the principles of random sampling,the iodized salt of Xuchang residents was tested from 2015 to 2017,and the salt iodine content was determined according to the method in GB/T 13025. 7- 2012. The test results were analyzed. Results From 2015 to 2017,a total of 5 400 samples of edible salt were sampled and tested,including 99 samples of non-iodized salt,334 samples of unqualified iodized salt and 4 967 samples of qualified iodized salt. In 2015,the qualified rate of iodized salt in 2015-2017 was 93. 59%,94. 24% and 93. 26% respectively. Conclu- sion The coverage rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Xuchang City in recent three years all conform to the national standard for eliminating IDD. There is no significant difference in the qualified rate in three years. The comparisons of the rates in six counties are statistically significant. However,there is still non-iodized salt in Xuchang City,and the monitoring and management should be strengthened to improve health education,fight private salt,and ensure that residents eat qualified iodized salt,consolidate the prevention and control results of iodine deficiency disorders.
