摘　　要：兼职教师在英国继续教育当中的大量聘用已经成为一股趋势,兼职教师本身已经成为一个具有相当规模的、不容忽视的群体。英国继续教育在兼职教师的待遇、标准资格和培养等方面,呈现出一些独有的特点,如拥有宽泛灵活的专业标准与资格,待遇差、地位低、培训体系不完善等,对我国当前兼职教师队伍建设具有一定的借鉴意义。The large number of employment of part-time teachers in continuing education in the UK has become a trend,and the part-time teachers themselves have become a large scale group that can not be ignored. The part-time teachers in continuing education in the UK has some unique characteristics in terms of salary,standard,qualification and training,such as broad and flexible professional standards and qualifications,poor treatment,low status and imperfect training system,which provides some reference to the the current construction of part-time teachers in our country.
