摘　　要：复杂离散型生产绩效管理是军工电子企业管理控制难题。文章借鉴整合绩效管理理念,通过构建由绩效管理的战略、系统、组织、衡量、过程、沟通、激励、行为、文化等要素组成的完整IPM系统,介绍了军工电子企业实施复杂离散型生产整合绩效管理的路径,为企业实施整合绩效管理提供实践指导。For military electronics enterprise management and control, performance management in complex discrete manufacturing is a problem. Based on the ideas of integrated performance management, by constructing a complete IPM system, including strategy, system, organization, measure, process, communication, motivation, behavior and culture, this paper introduces the implementation of IPM in military electronics enterprise and provides practical guidance for companies to implement IPM.
