教职工需求变化及工会服务方式方法的创新研究

摘　　要：高职院校工会是为高职院校教职工服务的团体,它为教职工参与到学校的管理提供了保证,对教职工综合素质的提升及校园文化生活的丰富起到了促进的作用,同时也是教职工维护自己合法权益的坚强后盾。随着时代的发展,工会对广大教职工的服务方式、方法也随之发生了很多的变化,文章从教职工需求的变化给工会服务方式、方法带来的改变与创新角度做简要分析。The trade union of higher vocational colleges is a group that serves the faculty and staff of Higher Vocational colleges.It provides guarantee for the faculty and staff to participate in the management of the school, promotes the promotion of the comprehensive quality of the faculty and staff and enriches the campus cultural life,and at the same time it is a strong backing for the faculty and staff to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.With the development of the times,the service methods of the trade unions have changed a lot.This paper makes a brief analysis of the changes and innovations brought about by the changes in the demand of the teachers and staff to the service methods of the trade unions.
