摘  要:通过对用人单位的走访调查,发现不同类别的用人单位对于专业知识的需求虽侧重点不同,但都包含共同的部分,用人单位认为人才培养不能只包含专业能力,还应纳入各种综合能力与素质,大部分用人单位希望研究生在学期间有一定的实践经历。基于此需求分析,设计了由基础知识、专业通识基础、分方向模块、实践环节和论文环节组成的课程体系。Interview survey indicated the different employers have different professional knowledge demand,but partly some professional skills were same among some employers.The majority of employers thought comprehensive skills and quality in character were important and should be considered during the training.The vast majority of employers preferred the graduates had a practice training or experience before formal work.Based on the demand analysis and reverse thought,a curriculum was backward designed for the full-time professional graduate students of transportation engineering major.How to implement the non-professional skills and character and employers' demands were also analyzed.
