摘　　要：自从我国实施扩招政策以来,我国高等教育发展就进入了快车道,然而高速发展的高等教育使我国高校面临诸多问题,科研导向的评价机制使本科教学在高校中的核心地位发生了动摇。高等教育模式从精英转向大众教育方式中教师教学心态的深度调整、研究生教育规模的扩张过程中如何处理教学与科研的冲突等,都是高校面临的现实问题。只有正确解决当今面临的这些问题,才能实现我国高校教育发展质的飞跃,才能使我国成为真正的教育强国。Since China's higher education has expanded the enrollment scale,China's higher education development has entered a fast lane,which makes colleges and universities face many problems.The evaluation mechanism of research-oriented shakes the core position of undergraduate teaching.The mode of higher education is being shifted from elite education to mass education,and teachers' mentality needs to be adjusted.How to deal with the confliction between teaching and scientific research is a practical problem faced by colleges and universities.Only when the problem is correctly solved,our higher education can achieve a real leap and China can become a powerful country in higher education.
