摘　　要：公共卫生学科的学生将面临新发、突发公共卫生事件,需要不断提高自主学习能力。文章以学校全面推行的“三学期制”为契机,通过夏季学期开设“如何提高自主学习能力”的针对性讲座,在随后的秋季和春季学期的学习中得以应用和验证,进而在自主设计实验中激发学生的创新和科学实践能力,提高公共卫生学科学生的自主学习能力。Students majoring in public health need improve their ability of learning independently,because they will face new and unexpected public health incidents.Based on the opportunity of the three-semester system carried out by the University of South China,the autonomous learning ability of students was improved by offering targeted lectures in the summer semester and by applying and verifying the ability in the following autumn and spring semesters.Then the students' innovative and scientific practice ability was stimulated in the self-designed experiment to ultimately improve the autonomous learning ability of public health majors.
