摘 要:目的探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌中MUC4、EGFR和p-AKT的表达及意义。方法选择宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者120例的癌组织标本与癌旁组织标本作为研究对象,所有标本都给予MUC4、EGFR和p-AKT的免疫组化分析,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果癌组织中MUC4、EGFR和p-AKT表达阳性率分别为90. 8%、74. 2%和93. 3%,癌旁组织分别为28. 3%、36. 7%和30. 0%,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中,MUC4、EGFR和pAKT表达阳性率随着分化程度的降低、临床分期的增加、肌层浸润深度的加深、淋巴结的转移而显著增高(P <0. 05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示MUC4与EGFR、p-AKT呈显著正相关性(P <0. 05),EGFR与p-AKT呈显著正相关性(P <0. 05)。结论 MUC4、EGFR和p-AKT在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中呈现高表达状况,与临床病理特征参数密切相关,共同参与调节宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生与发展。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MUC4,EGFR and p-AKT in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 120 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix were selected. The specimens and para cancerous tissue specimens of the cases were selected. All the specimens were given immunohistochemical analysis of MUC4,EGFR and pAKT,and their clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of MUC4,EGFR and p-AKT in cancer tissues were 90. 8%,74. 2% and 93. 3% respectively,the para cancerous tissues were 28. 3%,36. 7% and 30. 0%,respectively,and the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In the squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix,the positive rate of MUC4,EGFR and p-AKT were significantly increased with the decreased of differentiation,the increased of clinical stage,the depth of myometrium infiltration,and the metastasis of lymph nodes( P < 0. 05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that MUC4 were positively correlated with EGFR and p-AKT( P < 0. 05),and EGFR were positively correlated with p-AKT( P <0. 05). Conclusion The high expression of MUC4,EGFR and p-AKT in cervical squamous cell carcinoma are closely related to the clinicopathological parameters and are involved in regulating the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.
