厥阴病治法乃“辛苦酸甘”并用之法

摘　　要：厥阴病病机为气血两虚、阴阳之气不足特别是下焦阳气不足,病性为虚寒。凡"阴阳气不相顺接"者便为厥阴病,厥阴病本证是上热下寒之证,吴茱萸汤证与当归四逆汤证非典型的厥阴病证,为厥阴杂病。厥阴病可转为阳明病、少阳病和少阴病,也可不传变,通过本身阴阳之气的恢复而在本经痊愈。厥阴病的痊愈以阳气恢复为主导,但是如果厥阴阳气回复太过则又生他变,最常见的为咽痛、脓血及下血。将厥阴病的本证、杂病、坏病和转入他经的方证分清,可知厥阴病治法为"辛苦酸甘"并用之法。The pathogenesis of Jueyin disease is deficiency of both qi and blood,deficiency of qi of yin and yang,especially deficiency of yang qi of lower energizer,and the nature of disease is deficiency of cold. If " Yin and yang qi do not match each other",it belongs to Jueyin disease. The original syndrome of Jueyin disease is the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold. The syndrome of Evodia Decoction and the syndrome of Chinese Angelica Frigid Extremities Decoction belong to atypical syndrome of Jueyin disease,or Jueyin miscellaneous diseases. Jueyin disease can be transformed into Yangming disease,Shaoyang disease and Shaoyin disease,or cannot be changed. It can be cured through the recovery of yin and yang qi of the original meridian. The recovery of Jueyin disease is dominated by the recovery of yang qi,but if the recovery of Jueyin yang qi is too much,other changes will occur.The most common ones are sore throat,pus and bleeding. Distinguishing the original syndrome,miscellaneous disease,deteriorated disease and formula-syndrome transmitted into other meridians clearly can make us know that combination of " pungent and bitter and sour and sweet" is the treating principle for Jueyin disease.
