摘 要:康涅狄格大学(UCONN)荣誉项目运行模式由愿景规划、生源遴选、平台保障和荣誉认定构成。UCONN荣誉项目愿景是培养博专统一和德才兼备的人。为此,UCONN遴选最优秀的学生进入荣誉项目,但只有真正发挥出学术潜力的学生才能获得荣誉学者称号。UCONN主要依靠四大平台保障荣誉项目质量,即挑战性课程、个性化环境、荣誉社区和第二课堂。这四大平台为荣誉学生提供了丰富的学术经验和文化体验。我国大学借鉴UCONN荣誉项目的成功经验开展拔尖创新型人才培养时须注意做到:第一,将荣誉项目融入到办学理念中;第二,引导荣誉学生明晓并挖掘自己的学术潜力;第三,彰显环境的陶冶力,为荣誉学生提供“生命的精神交往”的空间;第四,在培养过程中做到从严管理与科学育人的有机结合。The operation mode of honor project of university of Connecticut consists of vision planning, selection of students, platform guarantee and recognition of honor. The vision of the UCONN honors program is to train people who are both professional and talented. For this reason, UCONN selects the best students to enter the honors program, but only those who truly realize their academic potential can be awarded the honorary scholar title. UCONN mainly relies on four platforms to guarantee the quality of honor programs, namely challenging courses, personalized environment, honor community and second class. These four platforms provide students with rich academic experience and cultural experience. When the successful experience of UCONN honors program is used as a reference for Chinese universities to develop top-notch innovative talents training, the first step is to inte? grate the honors program into the educational philosophy. Second, to guide honorary students to know clearly and explore their academic potential;The third is to highlight the en? vironmental tao yeli, for honorary students to provide "spiritual exchanges of life" space;Fourthly, we should combine strict management with scientific education.
