摘  要:以“滇西边境山区中学英语教师出国研修项目”为案例,运用CIPP评价模型,从教师专业发展理论构建评价指标体系,对项目进行系统性、全方位的立体评估。通过访谈、师生问卷以及课堂观察等调研分析发现,项目有效促进了乡村英语教师专业的理念转变、知识增长、能力提升;同时激发了乡村教师生命成长的内在诉求、形成学习共同体、树立国际视野、升腾了家国情怀的衍生价值和意义。由此得出,有效的乡村教师培训应具备生命唤醒成长的核心、精准顶层设计的前提、组织助推的外部支持,以及形成闭环的过程监控保证。The present study, by using the CIPP (context, input, process, and product) evaluation model to make a systematic and all-round evaluation of the Overseas Study Project for Middle School English Teachers from the Boarders and Mountainous Areas in Western Yunnan, supported by the China Scholarship Council (SCS), aims to build an evaluation index system based on the theory of teachers' professional development. An investigation based on interviews, questionnaires for teachers and students, and classroom observations shows that the Project has effectively helped the rural teachers gain new professional ideas, acquire more knowledge, and improve professional abilities;also, the Project has stimulated their internal demands for life growth, and has helped them establish a learning community, broaden their international horizons, and cherish deeper feelings toward the country and the homestead. The authors conclude that an effective rural teacher training is supposed to arouse rural teachers' awareness of life growth, make an accurate top-level design, obtain the support of relevant organizations, and guarantee a strict monitoring of the entire process of training.
