高校食品营养学课程的教学改革探索与实践

摘　　要：在很多高校的食品专业中,食品营养学是一门重要的课程。随着公众营养意识的不断提高及5G时代的来临,传统高校的食品营养学教学内容与模式不断受到冲击。在该种情况下,为使未来高校食品营养学课程更好的适应“互联网+”的背景,与时俱进,需要在现有的基础上进行教学改革。本文就高校食品营养学课程的教学改革进行了一定的研究。For Food major in many colleges and universities,Food nutriology is an important course. With the continuous improvement of public nutrition awareness and the coming of 5G era,the traditional teaching content and model of Food nutriology in colleges and universities are constantly challenged. Under this circumstance,to make the Food nutriology course in colleges and universities better adapt to the background of “Internet+” and keep pace with the times,a teaching reform needs to be carried out on the existing basis. This paper delved into the teaching reform of Food nutriology course in colleges and universities.
