分众教学法在高职院校思政课教学中的应用探究

摘　　要：针对高职院校思政课的特殊性,分众教学法将受众分为“面向小众群体的课下交流群体”“面向优秀学生的引导拔高团队群体”“面向所有学生的课堂教学群体”3个主要群体,针对不同群体设计不同教学内容和教学方法,从而提高了学生的课堂参与度、获得感,增强了学生的思政课亲和力,进而提高了思政课的教学效果,为社会培养高水平应用型人才发挥思政课的应有作用。In view of the particularity of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges, the audience focus teaching method divided into “class toward minorities exchanges community”,“outstanding student oriented to guide the high team group”“for all the students' classroom teaching community” three major groups, and design different teaching contents and teaching methods for different groups, so as to improve the students' classroom participation, the acquisition, to enhance the student s education courses, affinity, in turn, improves the teaching effect of education courses, training high level applied talents for the society to play the role of education courses.
