摘  要:从GIS卓越应用型人才基本特征和培养现状两个方面讨论了开展第二课堂育人的必要性,并从培养实效和可行性出发,以强化能力培养为核心,构建了“一个团队支撑,两种学习融合,三层能力迭代,四个年级协同”第二课堂育人基本模式。经过四年多实践表明,该模式成效显著,满足GIS卓越应用型人才培养的需求。This paper discusses the necessity of the second-class cultivation from two perspectives including the basic characteristics of excellent applied talents and the state-of-the-art of training. Focusing on the ability-strengthening training with the views of effectiveness and feasibility, this paper constructs the training model of GIS applied talents based on the second class. Herein, the key components of the training model are one team support, two kinds of learning integration, three levels of ability iteration and four grades cooperation. After more than four years of practice, the presented training model has achieved remarkable results and met the demands of excellent applied talent cultivation of GIS.
