摘  要:南宋时期陈亮与朱熹的义利王霸之辩,反映了当时事功政治思想的脉动。然而,学界对于陈亮功利思想的解读却存在偏颇倾向。科学准确地把握陈亮的功利思想,应该遵循历史唯物主义,延沿儒家基本思想脉络,联系南宋时期程朱理学的天理思想背景,从清楚认知陈亮“气一元二面向”的世界观出发,深入评析其伦理观在道德优先框架下的功利合理性,进而揭示陈亮“义利双行、王霸并用”的义利统一逻辑,由此管窥陈亮义利统一观,以为其功利思想评价之辨正。The debate of Yi-Li-Wang-Ba between Chen Liang and Zhu Xi revealed the rising current of utilitarian thoughts in Southern Song Dynasty. However, the recent interpretation of thoughts of Chen is taking a biased trend. To understand Chen′s thoughts in a scientific and accurate way, we′d better follow the historical materialism, pursue the basic thought access of Confucianism and combine the theoretical background of Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism in Southern Song Dynasty. Besides, from clearly knowing Chen Liang′s world view "monism with two aspects", we should analyze in-depth the utilitarian rationality of his ethics in the framework of morality-first and then reveal the unifying logic of his Yi Li "Yi and Li in parallelism, Wang and Ba in combination". Therefore, Chen Liang′s unifying view of Yi and Li can be comprehended accurately and the interpretation of his utilitarian thoughts can be rectified.
