摘　　要：高校食堂标准菜谱的制定对于食堂运行标准化有着决定性作用,本文主要对高校食堂实施标准菜谱过程中出现的问题进行探讨,并提出相应的对策。The development of the standard menu in the canteen of the university plays a decisive role in the standardization of the operation of the canteen. The article mainly discusses the problems in the process of the implementation of the standard menu in the canteen of the university, and puts forward some countermeasures.
