摘　　要：本文首先对玉米原料酒精发酵中的复合酶制剂进行简单的介绍,再科学设计相关实验,在经过一系列系统的具体验证后,最终得出有关复合酶制剂应用的最佳方式。In this paper, the complex enzyme preparation in corn raw material alcohol fermentation is briefly introduced, and relevant experiments are scientifically designed. After a series of systematic verification, the best way to apply the composite enzyme preparation is finally obtained.
