摘  要:高校学生专业能力素质评估平台的研究从麦克莱兰的冰山素质模型结构出发,发挥评价的全面作用,能够提高学生的培养质量。在梳理现有评估体系存在的问题的基础上,采用文献研究、问卷调查、BP神经网络算法、非线性主成分分析、模糊综合评判算法、K-means聚类算法等一系列的研究方法,确立了高校学生专业能力素质评估体系,通过克隆巴赫系数检验问卷信度,再利用层次分析法检验评价指标的可靠性,从而提出并系统地构建了高校学生专业能力素质评估模型,以实现对高校学生的培养和管理的现代化。Based on the structure of Mcclelland s iceberg quality model,the research on the evaluation platform of college students professional ability and quality can improve the quality of students training by giving full play to the overall role of evaluation.On the basis of combing the problems in the existing evaluation system,this paper adopts a series of research methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,BP neural network algorithm,nonlinear principal component analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm,K-means clustering algorithm and so on,to establish the evaluation system of college students professional ability and quality,to test the reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach coefficient,and then to test the reliability of the evaluation index by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Thus,the evaluation model of college students professional ability and quality is put forward.This paper systematically constructs the evaluation model of college students professional ability and quality,which has reference significance for the cultivation of college students and the management of college students.
