摘  要:任期制是高校干部人事管理制度改革的目标,也是现代大学普遍采用的一种制度。实行高校领导干部任期制,对高校的可持续发展和构建更加公平合理的人事制度,具有非常重要的作用。我国自改革开放以来,在高校领导干部任期制改革中取得了一些成效,但仍存在着一定的缺陷和问题。为深化高校领导干部任期制,需要我们着力于关键环节,通过建立合理有效、充满活力的管理体制,实现高校干部工作的科学化、制度化和民主化,才能为真正使这项制度发挥应有的作用。The tenure system is the goal of the reform of the cadre and personnel management system in higher colleges and it is also a system commonly adopted by modern universities.It’s important for the sustainable development and the construction of a fair and reasonable personnel system in higher colleges.Since China’s reform and opening up,some achievements have been made in the reform of the tenure system of leading cadres in colleges and universities,but there are still some shortcomings and problems.In order to deepen the tenure system of leading cadres in higher colleges,we need to focus on the key links.It is necessary to establish a rational,effective and dynamic management system to realize the scientific,institutionalized and democratized work of college cadres in order to truly make this system play its due role.
