摘 要:公平感知是企业维持长期合作关系的基础,现有研究忽视了公平感知动态性演化规律,研究需进一步明晰公平感知对知识转移的作用机理及反馈效应。在系统分析公平感知及构成维度的基础上,运用系统动力学方法研究分配公平、程序公平对知识转移的影响,构建公平感知关系动态演化的系统动力学模型,并对所建模型进行仿真及灵敏度分析。研究表明:公平感知关系对研发团队之间的知识转移活动有显著性影响,知识接收方可通过调节公平感知关系以促进知识转移;分配公平与程序公平在知识转移活动中存在互补效应,分配公平处于低值时,程序公平可以中和分配公平带来的负面效应;知识接受方的动态能力在知识转移活动初期作用较为显著。Fair perception is the basis of long-term cooperative relations between companies.The existing research ignores dynamics and evolution of fairness perception.It is necessary to further clarify the mechanism and feedback effect of fairness perception on knowledge transfer.Based on theory of fair perception,the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on knowledge transfer is studied based on the system dynamics method.A system dynamics model was built which include the revolution of fair perception relations.The simulation and sensitivity analysis of the built model show that:the fair perception relationship affects the knowledge transfer between the R & D teams,the recipient of knowledge can achieve knowledge transfer activities by regulating the fair perception relationship;distribution justice and procedural justice have complementary effects in knowledge transfer activities,when distributive justice is low,procedural justice can neutralize the negative effects of distributive justice;the dynamic capability of knowledge recipient is more significant in the early stage of knowledge transfer activities.
