摘  要:实验对比了叶酸、泛酸新旧国标方法检测婴幼儿配方奶粉结果的精密度和差异性。叶酸新旧方法的结果精密度分别为3.05%~4.23%和2.78%~4.59%;泛酸新旧方法的结果精密度分别为1.75%~4.99%和1.10%~4.05%。分别测得的叶酸、泛酸结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本文的比对数据希望能在长期稳定性实验或者产品配方配比方面为检测机构和乳品企业提供一些数据支持。The experiment compares the precision and difference of the new and old national standard methods of folic acid and pantothenic acid in the detection of infant formula milk powder.The results of the new and old methods for folic acid are 3.05%-4.23%and 2.78%-4.59%,respectively.The results of the new and old methods for pantothenic acid are 1.75%-4.99%and 1.10%-4.05%,respectively.There is no significant difference between the results of folic acid and pantothenic acid(P>0.05).Through the comparison of data in this paper,people hope to provide some data support for testing institutions and dairy enterprises in long-term stability experiments or product formulation ratio.
