摘　　要：该文通过对张谷英村古代家训中“戒酗酒、戒健讼、戒多事、戒浮荡、戒贪忌”五条族戒及其下选取的有关圣贤语录、历史典故进行解读,揭示出其家训族戒具有重教诲劝戒和启发自觉、与家教宗旨和族风实际紧密结合、对国家法规进行有效补充等明显特色,表明这种家族性的礼俗规范和基层自治的有效方式,对于新时代加强乡村治理、落实乡村振兴战略仍然具有一定的借鉴意义。The five family precepts of no alcohol,no health litigation,no ostentation,no greed and the selection of the sage's sayings,historical allusions,are illustrated in this paper,which reveal obvious characteristics of the family precepts that focus on education and inspire consciously connected family principles with the actual situation,so that improve national laws and regulations effectively.Most importantly,the efficient way of the familial custom specifications and autonomy,are used for reference to achieve autonomous management for villagers and implement the revitalization of the rural strategy in the new era.
