摘 要:科研与教学关系常处于一种非此即彼的状态,科教融合是一个世界性的难题。现阶段,由于学科排名方法,政府和产业的利益驱动,高校内部不同行政部门的掣肘,管理模式不当,教学方式落后、教学内容陈旧,以及平台兼容共享不足等原因,导致生命科学学科科研与教学失衡。我们应在认识到高校科研与教学是统一体的基础上,通过建立“科教融合”的理念,健全评价机制,变革教学方式,改革教学内容,开发与利用实验室,加强本科生科研训练及质量监控等措施,实现生命科学学科的科教融合,提高人才培养的质量。The evolution of the relationship between research and teaching is often in a state of either one or the other,integrating of research and teaching has become a worldwide problem.At this stage,many reasons lead to imbalance of research and teaching in Life Science. Such as methods of subject ranking,interest driven by government and industry,the constraints of different administrative departments within the university,inappropriate management model,obsolete teaching methods and teaching content,insufficient platform compatibility sharing,and so on.We should realize that research and teaching is a unified body.Take measures as above to achieve the integration of research and teaching in life science,and improve the quality of personnel training.Firstly,we should establish the idea of "Integration of Research and Teaching".Then we improve the evaluation mechanism,change the teaching methods,reform the teaching content,develop and use the laboratory,strengthen the undergraduate research training and quality control,and so on.
