摘 要:不同运输方式之间协调发展能够促进综合运输的效能提升,通过对不同运输方式协调度的评价,发现运输发展短板,为综合运输政策调整提供依据。运用DEA方法,以铁路、公路、航空、水运的从业人员和运输线路长度作为输入指标,以客运量、货运量和周转量为输出指标,对河南省综合运输体系的协调发展进行评价,结果表明不同运输方式间协调度处于稳定的波动上升趋势,综合运输体系协调度处于复杂的周期变动形式,且波动范围有收窄趋势。By cooperating the development of different transportation can the efficiency of comprehensive transport be improved.Through the evaluation of coordination degree of different modes of transport, the shortcomings of transport development are found, which provides quantitative basis for the adjustment of comprehensive transport policy. In this paper, we use data envelopment analysis to evaluate the coordinated development of Henan Province comprehensive transportation system, taking the length of railway, highway, aviation and waterway transport practitioners and transportation lines as input indicators and passenger traffic volume, freight traffic volume and turnover volume as output indicators. The results show that the coordination degree between different modes of transportation is in a stable and fluctuating upward trend. The coordination degree of transportation system is in a complex periodic change form, and the fluctuation range tends to narrow.
