摘　　要：针对现代学徒制化工专业在工学交替中校企双方在人才培养过程中出现的问题,从合理分工协作、发挥师资专长、设置实习车间、创新教学模式、优化教学(实习)内容、采用教学平台、共商教学评价等方面提出建议,衔接校内学习和企业实习,共同培养符合社会期望、企业需求、国际一流的现代化工专业人才。In view of the problems in the process of personnel training of both schools and enterprises in the modern apprenticeship Chemical Engineering Specialty in the alternation of engineering and learning,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of rational division of labor and cooperation,giving full play to teachers'expertise,setting up practice workshops,innovating teaching mode,optimizing teaching content,adopting teaching platform and consulting teaching evaluation,so as to link up in-school learning and enterprise practice and jointly cultivate conformity.In line with social expectations,business needs,international first-class modern chemical professionals.
