摘　　要：实验仪器设备为高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务提供了重要的支撑和保障。探索提高实验仪器设备利用率的管理模式,对提升高校办学水平和管理质量具有重要的现实意义。高校实验仪器设备的全生命周期一般经历购置、使用、报废三个阶段,基于此,文章从设备清查、预算编制、资源共享、绩效考核、报废处置五个方面,构建科学的实验仪器设备“五位一体”管理体系,做到物尽其用。Experimental instruments and equipment provide important support and guarantee for talent training, scientific research and social services in universities. Exploring the management mode of improving the utilization rate of experimental instruments and equipment is of great practical significance to raise the level of running a university and its management quality. The full life- circle of experimental instruments and equipment will go through three stages: purchase, use and discard. Based on this, a scientific“five-in-one”management system for experimental instruments and equipment is discussed, which includes inventory of instruments and equipment, compilation of budget, resources sharing, performance appraisal, discarding and treating. And the ultimate goal is to make the best use of the instruments and equipment.
