摘  要:随着我国进入新的发展阶段,技术技能型人才培养质量亟待提高,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中提出,到2022年,职业院校师资队伍建设基本达标,“双师型”教师占专业课教师总数半数以上。为了深化育人机制改革,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,需要通过实施职业院校教师素质提升计划、推进职业院校教师定期去企业实践、支持校企共建“双师型”教师培养培训基地、建立企业技术能手与职业院校教师双向流动、建立奖惩激励机制和培训考评机制等多措并举,着力打造新时代高职院校“双师型”教师队伍。As China has entered a new stage of development, the quality of technical and skilled personnel training needs to be improved. The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes that by 2022, the construction of the teaching staff of vocational colleges will meet the basic standards, and the "double-skilled" teachers should account for more than half of the total number of teachers. In order to deepen the reform of educational mechanism and dock technology development trend and market demand, it is necessary to implement the quality improvement plan for teachers in vocational colleges, to promote the regular practice in enterprises of these teachers, and to support the school-enterprise to build a "double-skilled" teacher training base, to establish a two-way flow of enterprise technical experts and vocational college teachers, to set up incentive and punishment mechanisms and training evaluation mechanisms, and to strive to create a "double-skilled" teacher team in higher vocational colleges.
