摘　　要：目的介绍吉林省2010-2016年间建立的专科护士培训模式与培训成果,为建立专科护士培训长效机制提供经验和参考.方法从培训目标制订、基地认证及经费保障、培训方式设置及教材编选、师资选拔、学员准入标准及考核准出标准、组织实施和基地管理等方面介绍吉林省专科护士培训情况.结果经过7年的实践,吉林省已建立一套省内专科护士规范化培训模式.截至2016年底,共组织了15个专业、129期的专科护士培训班,参加培训学员2 873名,培训合格学员2 859名,培训合格率为99.51%.满意学员2 667名,满意度为93.28%.结论吉林省成功探索出一套专科护士培训模式,具有一定的推广意义.Objective To introduce the mode and results of specialized nurse training in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2016 so as to provide experience and reference for the establishment of a long-term mechanism for nurse specialist training. Methods From the perspectives of training goal, base certified, expense guarantee, training approach, curriculum selection, trainers' selection, admission standard of the trainees, assessment criteria, implementation and management of the base, the situation of the specialized nurse training program was introduced. Results After seven years' practice, a set of training programs for specialized nurses in Jilin Province has been established. Until the late 2016, totally 15 majors and 129 sessions of specialized nurses courses had been organized. The number of trainees was 2 873 among which 2859 were qualified, yielding an successful rate of 99.51%. The number of satisfied trainees was 2 667 with the satisfactory rate of 93.28%. Conclusions A set of specialized nurse training programs has been set up successfully in Jilin province, and has popularized value to a certain extent.
